A much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great Grandad who will be very sadly missed by all his family. Funeral service takes place at Long Leys Road Cemetery (Graveside Service) on Tuesday 24th May at 2:00pm. Floral tributes are welcome. Further enquiries to Pat Cook Funeral Services.
